Well, I'm getting tired of making quick flashes, so I think I'll actually try to make a series. I have a project I started so long ago, but it requires A LOT of free time, which I do not have. It isn't hard to make a quick one to two minute animation, but I want to go for something more.
So I've decided to use my user name to finally create my first series (hopefully... if all goes well...)

Back onto the point which i wasn't on in the first place, it looks pretty good and with the wide range of voice you can produce it should be awesome.
Is it going to be a comedy or serious?
As of right now, I plan on it being a mix of the two. The first episode, the Samurai there meets his companion/ friend/ sidekick, who I'm still designing. I'm still designing a lot of the characters. Mostly deciding which version looks better and whatnot.

the character looks cute, and the way the hills in the background fade into the color of the sky is a pretty nice touch, but it's pretty weird how that skimpy little tree is casting that righteous shadow.

Funny, I never really suspected you as a guy who actually uses plotlines to tell stories. I've always thought of you as a Robot Chicken-esque type of animator.
Oh believe me, I've got a lot of stories cooked up in my head. Unfortunately, the time and resources required to display or create a visual representation of what I'd like to portray is... impossible for the time being. (Not really "impossible", but I'd get no where)
The story or idea I have thought out for this is very basic, and I'll have the freedom to add new ideas. One day I'll be able to display the images in my head. Only then will I quell the voices in my head >.<

maybe it'll be good, maybe it won't. but anything jap related is alright with me. not really the place either but have fun being a mod. enjoy getting heckled and whatnot since you've found the winning formula for it.
