I know exactly what you mean, only for me it´s whistlig when riding my bycicle instead of singing in the shower. And feeling you have to stop whenever you pass somebody, even though your mind knows you don´t give a shit and the random strangers dont either, your feeling makes it seem like a big deal.
It does make you appreciate a rainy day more, cause you hardly have anyone to pass by to be considerate or insecure about. So instead of: 'fuck I have get home through the rain". It's getting more like: "I can wistle as loud and much as I wan't without feeling emberrased".
And driving your car to anywhere to be able to scream aint sad. I'm to broke to own a car, but if I had one, I'd do the same for sure. It's in no way sad, It's just being considerate, maybe a bit too much our own goods, but I'd like to think that if everyone were considerate like that the world wouldn't be such a mess, but most people aren't, so know when to be an asshole (or at least instead of being considerate, just looking out for #!1) to keep the balance.
Cause I believe being too nice might break ya one day (at least for myself).

If all else fails, ya might as well build yourself a pillow/blanket fort to scream in. Or just ask your neighbours if it's okay if you scream in your place at a certain time of the day. If you randomly make noise early in the morning or in the middle of the night, it's obvious people are gonna bitch about it.
Or maybe one of your neighbours even has a golden voice and likes to scream as well.
Good planning and communication = victory!
Hi.

True, and I HAVE tried recording. It's more of a mental thing. I hold back simply because there are people that might not want to hear. It's a creepy feeling to me. Similar feeling of when you sing in the shower and discover people can hear you and they comment. You instantly stop singing (If you're a shy guy such as myself at least)
